WHAT INFORMATION DOES IMACS COLLECT?

When a parent, teacher or school places an order, or receives a desk copy, we ask for contact/billing information which is used for internal operations and to provide you with important updated information as it becomes available.

IMACS does not sell, trade, or rent user information to others.

CERTAIN EXCEPTIONAL DISCLOSURES

IMACS may disclose your information if necessary to protect its legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if IMACS receives legal process.

HOW DOES IMACS USE COOKIES?

IMACS uses temporary in-memory cookies to monitor non-essential, non-sensitive session information. IMACS does not store sensitive information in cookies.

WHAT PROTECTION MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

During online interactions, IMACS may use trusted third party vendors to gather payment information using secure connections.

ADVERTISING POLICY AND OTHER SITES

IMACS does not embed advertising banners or spyware on its web site.
